Major Update: "Orange Kite Group" Owner Adriaan Arrested in Dumaguete Over Multi-Million Peso Construction Scam

The long, grueling battle for justice is finally seeing a major breakthrough. Adriaan, the operator of the notorious Orange Kite Group construction company, has officially been arrested in Dumaguete City.

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) Intelligence Division apprehended him following a coordinated effort, including a high-profile feature on Raffy Tulfo in Action, stemming from violations of his stay conditions, undesirability, and ongoing criminal cases of Estafa filed in the Dumaguete courts. He is currently being transferred to the BI holding facility in Bicutan for inquest proceedings.

The Modus Operandi:
For years, Adriaan and his company targeted unsuspecting victims—primarily foreign expats and investors—under the guise of building their dream homes in Negros Oriental. Instead of delivering on contracts, he allegedly defrauded victims out of millions of pesos. The scheme gained traction after several prominent vloggers unwittingly posted videos recommending his construction services, which drew even more people into the trap.
