Good afternoon and welcome back to VibePinas! Today's video is a bit different. I wanted to take a moment to pull back the curtain and talk about something very personal: what it's actually like to be married to a social media whirlwind like Jessa. Between her massive TikTok following and our growing YouTube community, life is rarely quiet, but it’s always an adventure.
Jessa is, in every sense of the word, a "real" person. What you see on camera—the laughter, the unfiltered reactions to my "great ideas," and her deep love for our family—is exactly who she is when the lens is capped. She doesn't have a "persona" for the internet; she just lives her life and happens to share it with millions. Being married to her means being part of that whirlwind, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
One of the things I admire most about Jessa is her resilience. She’s a young mother, a dedicated wife, and a daughter who deeply cares for her parents and siblings back in the province. Despite the pressures that come with being a "star," she remains incredibly grounded. She isn't materialistic; she finds genuine joy in the simple things, like a successful day at the arcade or a rainy swim with Liam. Seeing her navigate life while managing our household and her online presence is truly inspiring.
Liam, of course, is the center of our universe. Watching Jessa with him is a constant reminder of why we do all of this. She’s so patient and loving, even when he’s at his most energetic. We often talk about our "happy life" here in Cebu, and while we face challenges—like waiting for hospital results or dealing with mountain house repairs—having Jessa by my side makes those burdens feel so much lighter.
I also wanted to address the "star" aspect. Sometimes people ask if it’s hard being the "husband of Jessa Dahl," but honestly, I’m just proud of her. Her success is our family’s success. We are a team, and every vlog we post is a piece of our shared journey. I feel incredibly lucky to have found a partner who is not only my wife but my best friend and creative collaborator.
We’re spending some time relaxing in the city right now, enjoying the pool and the air conditioning before we head back to the mountain. It’s a good time to reflect on how far we’ve come and where we’re going. We have big dreams for our Ginatilan home and for Liam’s future, and I know that with Jessa’s spirit and our community’s support, we’ll get there.
If you want to see the "unfiltered" truth about our family life or watch Jessa just being her wonderful, simple self, come join us.
Thanks for watching, and I’ll see you in the next one!
